Статья посвящена исследованию проблем глобализации в условиях трансформации современного мироустройства, игнорирования Западным сообществом норм международного права. В работе изложены теоретико-методологические подходы к изучению глобализации как экономико-политической категории. Исследованы последствия процесса глобализации, концептуальные позитивные стороны и негативные прикладные аспекты её проявления. Охарактеризованы подходы к оценке современных глобальных процессов, включая преимущества, проблемы и риски, формулирование возникших в связи с этим задач обеспечения безопасности Российского государства. Изложены подходы к трансформации международных экономико-правовых отношений в новых геополитических условиях, формированию альтернативного многополярного мироустройства с максимальным соблюдением прав государств и народов на осуществление самостоятельной внешней и внутренней политики, экономического, культурно -национального и общественного суверенитета. Сформулированы цели и направления трансформационных преобразований в процессе модернизации системы государственного управления, максимально отвечающей требованиям современных реалий, с учётом нынешних потенциальных рисков в условиях глобализации.
The article is devoted to the study of the problems of globalization in the conditions of transformation of the modern world order, the Western community's disregard for the norms of international law. The work presents the theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of globalization as an economic and political category. The consequences of the globalization process, its conceptual positive aspects, and its negative practical manifestations are investigated. The article describes approaches to assessing modern global processes, including advantages, problems, and risks, as well as the formulation of tasks related to ensuring the security of the Russian state. The article presents approaches to the transformation of international economic and legal relations in the new geopolitical conditions, the formation of an alternative multipolar world order with maximum respect for the rights of states and peoples to pursue independent foreign and domestic policies, economic, cultural, national, and public sovereignty. The article also outlines the goals and directions of transformational changes in the process of modernizing the system of public administration, which is as relevant as possible to the current realities, taking into account the current potential risks in the context of globalization.
