В условиях текущей сложной социально-экономической ситуации, продолжающейся интеграции Донецкой Народной Республики в экономическое пространство Российской Федерации, а также на фоне беспрецедентных вызовов, формируемых боевыми действиями, разрушенной инф раструктурой и оттоком квалифицированных кадров, вопрос повышения инвестиционной привлекательности территорий ДНР приобретает первостепенное значение. Эффективное государственное региональное управление в этой сфере является не просто желательным, а жизненно необходимым условием для обеспечения устойчивого развития Республики в средне- и долгосрочной перспективе. Усугубляющееся последствиями конфликта и переходным периодом интеграции экономика региона требует немедленных и решительных мер по стабилизации и развитию. Нынешнее состояние инвестиционной привлекательности, вероятно, не соответствует потребностям Республики.

In the current difficult socio-economic situation, the ongoing integration of the Donetsk People's Republic into the economic space of the Russian Federation, as well as against the background of unprecedented challenges posed by the fighting, destroyed infrastructure and the outflow of qualified personnel, the issue of increasing the investment attractiveness of the territories of the DPR is of paramount importance. Effective state regional management in this area is not just desirable, but a vital condition for ensuring the sustainable development of the Republic in the medium and long term. The region's economy, aggravated by the consequences of the conflict and the transition period of integration, requires immediate and decisive stabilization and development measures. The current state of investment attractiveness probably does not meet the needs of the Republic.
